Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio wasn’t happy just having an adorable little dog. She had to go and dye the little pup’s fur purple to make it stand out.

It’s becoming a hot new trend in Hollywood, with other stars like singer Aubrey O’Day dying their puppy’s hair in a move that has many debating whether’s it’s super cool or super cruel.

PETA, for one, isn’t happy with the lingerie model. They tell X17 Online

“What most people don’t know is that dyeing a companion animal’s fur can cause the animal stress and can lead to complications or allergic reactions that endanger the animal’s health. Our dogs and cats love us regardless of how we look; why not extend the same kindness to them?”
