Jennifer Hudson opens up to Good Housekeeping about her 80 pound weight loss and her family:
On her former size: “Early on, I remember one of the musical directors telling me that everything about me was too big,” she says. “My voice, my size, and my personality.” Defiant, Hudson asked her, “Isn’t that what being a star is? Stars are larger than life!”
On her son, David: “What’s funny is that he’s never known me overweight. If he sees a clip of the old Jennifer from Dreamgirls, he doesn’t know who it is.”
On cravings: “I’ll find a calm, peaceful moment, and I’ll sit back and eat my chocolate, which I make sure is really good quality, too,” she says. “Quality over quantity!”
On her fiance, David Otunga, and his Valentine’s Day rituals: “Let me tell you, this man goes bananas,” Hudson declares. “When I wake up that morning in February, I can’t see through the house because he’s got confetti and balloons everywhere, rose petals on the floor, and candles in every single room.”

What happened to Clay Aiken’s face? The ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ contestant (the cast was announced yesterday) looks like a completely different person than the guy who came in second on ‘American Idol,’ and is barely recognizable from his couple-of-years-ago self.
Big Vinny of Trailer Choir tells Fox411 how he shed 186 pounds on ‘Biggest Loser,’ and how he’s keeping it off. Truly inspirational.

Is Dakota Fanning’s Cosmo cover sexy - or icky? People seem to think mostly the latter.
Demi Moore chats with Amanda De Cadenet in the February issue of Harper’s Bazaar:
On Her Body:
“I have had a love-hate relationship with my body. When I’m at the greatest odds with my body, it’s usually because I feel my body’s betraying me, whether that’s been in the past, struggling with my weight and feeling that I couldn’t eat what I wanted to eat, or that I couldn’t get my body to do what I wanted it to do.”
“I find peace when I don’t see my body as my enemy, when I step back and have appreciation and look at all that my body has done for me. It’s allowed me to give birth to three beautiful children, allowed me to explore different roles as an actor, allowed me to be strong. You can’t look at yourself in the mirror and tear your body apart. You have to look at it and go, “Thank you. Thank you for standing by me, for being there for me no matter what I have put you through.”
On Her Fears:
“I think what scares me is not having the courage to reach my full potential.”
“Letting go of the outcome. Truly being in the moment. Not reflecting on the past. Not projecting into the future. That’s freedom. Not caring more about what other people think than what you think. That’s freedom.”
